Recently,
retired Phoenix Police Officer Jason Schechterle and his Police partner Bryan Chapman took
on a new role in the community. In doing so they are continuing the tradition of Protect and Serve. In 2007, they took over operations of Quality Transport Services of Arizona, a company dedicated to providing exceptional and on-time non-emergency transportation
services throughout Arizona. Their goal: To provide the highest quality,
most professional transportation available. They fully understand the value of peace
of mind, dignity, comfort and safety for you as well as those closest to you. They pride themselves on the fact that all aspects of the company echo those same values.
Jason Schechterle knows better than most the importance of providing quality patient care. As a Phoenix police officer in early 2001, Jason suffered a catastrophic life-changing event when his patrol car was rear-ended by a speeding taxi cab in central Phoenix. Jason was trapped inside a burning inferno of a patrol car; miraculously, a Phoenix fire engine was in the same intersection where the crash occurred, and they were able to immediately free Jason. Jason was transported to the Maricopa County Medical Center Burn Center where he endured several surgeries. Over the course
of the next year, Jason had extended stays in hospitals and
rehabilitation facilities
and participated in weekly, and sometimes daily, doctor's visits in order
to return to �normal� life. After completing 54 surgeries, he has a unique perspective on patient care, compassion and understanding. The unique perspective led him to become involved in helping others.
