We are currently accepting applications for full-time and part-time professional and experienced drivers and dispatchers to help meet the growing demand for our services. Qualified Driver Candidates
The Driver position requires schedule flexibility (to include working nights, weekends, and holidays), reliable transportation, excellent customer service skills, fluent in English (to include speaking and writing clearly), and a strong work ethic, with a desire to help people. Prior experience in the NEMT or healthcare industry is preferred.
Requirements:
- · 21 Years of Age or Older
- · A valid AZ Driver’s License
- · A clean MVR report (36 months)
- · High School Graduate
- · Must Pass a Ten Panel Drug and Alcohol Screening
- · Must Pass a Ten Year Background Check
- · Successfully Complete 40 Hours of Field Training
- · Maintain Certification for the following:
- Bloodborne Pathogens
- First Aid
- CPR
- Drug and Alcohol Awareness
- HIPAA
- TB Test
Qualified Dispatch Candidates
The Dispatch position requires the flexibility of rotating shift assignments and overtime in accordance with maintaining a fully operational 24 hour facility. Often times the Dispatcher can work into a set schedule, however, the need to provide additional coverage outside the standard shift or work overtime is often a factor. Reliable transportation is a must, as well as excellent customer service skills, fluent in English (to include speaking and writing clearly), and a strong work ethic, with a desire to help people and a strong sense of accountability. Prior dispatching experience and a solid understanding of the Valley roadways and freeway systems is preferred.

- · A valid AZ Driver’s License
- · High School Graduate
- · Must Pass a Ten Panel Drug and Alcohol Screening
- · Must Pass a Ten Year Background Check
- · Knowledge of geography for Phoenix and surrounding areas;
- · Knowledge of computer technology and equipment;
- · Knowledge of English language for spelling and proper word usage;
- · Skilled in multi-tasking
- · Skilled in observing situations analytically and objectively
- · Maintain Certification for the following:
- Drug and Alcohol Awareness
- HIPAA
