Homeland Security Certified and Authorized
The United States Department of Homeland Security strictly regulates the transportation providers who pick-up passengers at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Quality Transport Services of Arizona is one of only two certified NEMT providers who is authorized to pick-up passengers needing transportation assistance, such as individuals who have limited mobility and require a wheelchair or stretcher.
Extensive Background Checks and Fingerprinting
In order to be certified, the QTS management team passed an extensive background investigation process including fingerprinting. Each certified driver must successfully complete the same requirements, as well as annual re-certification. In addition, each of the vehicles in our fleet must be individually certified to operate safely on the grounds of the airport.
